#Head to head
Their column is what their own public pages said on 17 September 2026: publer.com/docs/api-reference/introduction, their pricing help article, their supported networks page and their MCP setup guide. Where we could not find an answer, the row says “Not published” rather than guessing.
| yeetpost | Publer | |
|---|---|---|
| Platforms | 6: LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, Mastodon. | 13: Facebook (Pages, Groups, Profiles), Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business Profile, WordPress, Telegram, Mastodon, Threads, Bluesky. |
| Sandbox and test keys | Yes. A sandbox connection that validates and never publishes, and yp_test_ keys that cannot reach a live account. | Not published. |
| Per-item results | One response carries a result per connection, so a partial failure is visible in the call that caused it. | Asynchronous. Post creation returns 202 Accepted and a job id. Poll GET /job_status/{job_id} for the result. |
| Delivery log | A public webhook delivery log endpoint: every attempt, its status code and its response. | Not published. |
| Idempotency | Idempotency-Key. The same key replays the stored response verbatim, a different body on the same key is a 409, and errors are stored too. | Not published. |
| MCP tools | 5, all always visible. | Yes, in beta. Available to top ambassadors and enterprise customers. Tool count not published. |
| MCP auth | An API key, or a login. Add the endpoint as a custom connector in claude.ai with no key and it runs OAuth 2.1 against us: you sign in, pick your whole account or one profile, pick live or test. A grant is scoped and paced like a key, and is revoked from the console. | API key with selected scopes (Workspaces, Accounts, Posts, Media, Analytics). |
| Analytics | Per-post metrics read back on a schedule and kept: GET /posts/{postId}/metrics, GET /analytics for a window, and a post.metrics webhook. Bluesky, Mastodon and LinkedIn are free; X reads are metered and off by default. A number a platform does not report is null, never 0. | Per-post metrics on the Business plan: engagement, reach, impressions, clicks, likes, comments, shares, saves, follower growth. Dashboard charts, hashtag performance and competitor analysis. |
| Team members | Several people on one account, invited by email, as owner, admin or member. One bill, on the owner. | Yes. Invite members and clients to workspaces with roles and approval workflows. Extra members $2 to $3 a month depending on plan. Free plan: 1 user only. |
| CLI | Ten commands in the Node package, JSON on stdout by default, but that CLI ships in [email protected] and is not on npm yet. The published 1.x package posts with a single yeetpost <connection> <text> call. Use the MCP server or the REST API today. | Not published. |
| SDKs | 3: Node, Python and Go, hand written, zero dependencies, all at parity with the v2 API. None of them is on npm, PyPI or a module proxy yet, so today you call the API directly. | Not published. The API is REST-only with no official SDKs. |
| Multi-tenancy | Profiles, hosted connect URLs and scoped keys: shipped. One profile per end customer, with profileId on connections, posts and webhooks; a hosted connect page, headless mode included, that your customer connects through without seeing our dashboard; and API keys scoped to one profile, with a redirect allowlist. Build a platform is the guide. | Workspaces with separate accounts, members and content per workspace. No white-label, no hosted connect URLs, no scoped API keys, no headless mode. |
| Pricing | Per connected account per month. 2 free, then $5 (3-10), $2.50 (11-100), $1 (101+). | Per social account per month. Free (3 accounts, X excluded, 10 posts each). Professional from $5/account. Business from $10/account. API access on Business and Enterprise only. Every 10th account is free. |
| X posts | 2 cents a post, 25 cents when the text contains a link. | No separate per-post fee. X is excluded from the Free plan; paid plans include X with no per-post surcharge. |
| Support | In-app support threads, answered in the product, with email on reply. | Live chat, email, social media, free one-on-one screen-sharing calls. Available 24 hours Monday to Friday. |
The short version: Publer is a scheduling product with more platforms, a content calendar, team approval workflows and no X surcharge. yeetpost is an API with synchronous results, a sandbox, idempotency, a delivery log and multi-tenancy. Publer's API is only on the $10 per account Business plan; yeetpost's API is available starting free.
#Who should pick which
Pick Publer if you want a scheduling UI with a content calendar, workspace-based team management, approval workflows, competitor analysis, or platforms yeetpost does not have (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest). Their one-on-one screen-sharing support is also unusually hands-on.
Pick yeetpost if you are building an integration or wiring an agent and want synchronous per-connection results, a sandbox, idempotency, multi-tenancy with hosted connect URLs, or API access that does not require a $10 per account plan. Start on the agents page or read the docs.
