yeetpost vs OpenTweet

OpenTweet is an X-first scheduler that also posts to Bluesky and LinkedIn, with a hosted MCP server. yeetpost posts to six platforms and is built for agents: a hosted MCP server, brand voice, image cards and queues. Here is the whole table, including the rows we lose.

#Head to head

OpenTweet's column is what their own public pages said on 2026-10-29: opentweet.io, opentweet.io/pricing. Where we could not find an answer, the cell says so rather than guessing. If their site has moved since, theirs is the one to trust.

Platforms6 live: LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, Mastodon. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Reddit and Google Business Profile are coming soon.X first, and Bluesky and LinkedIn (a personal profile) from the same draft.
PricePer connected account per month: 2 free, then $5 (3 to 10), $2.50 (11 to 100), $1 (101 and up). Posts are unlimited. X charges for writes, so an X post is 1.5 cents, 20 cents with a link, at X's own rate.Pro $19.99 a month (1 X account, 20 posts a day, 30 link posts a month). Advanced $29 (up to 3 X accounts, 300 link posts a month). Agency $49 (up to 10 X accounts, 600 link posts a month). 7-day free trial.
Free tier2 connected accounts, no credit card.A 7-day trial, no free plan.
MCP serverA hosted server at api.yeetpost.com/api/v2/mcp with 37 tools, all always visible. Sign in with OAuth 2.1 from claude.ai, or use an API key.A hosted endpoint at mcp.opentweet.io/mcp with 43 tools, a REST API, a CLI and a Claude Desktop extension.
Brand voiceSaved on each connection with set_voice. The agent reads it with get_brand before it writes, so posts come out on brand without a new brief. Not mentioned on the pages we read.
Image cardsdraw_card writes an image card for a post itself, in the connection's saved look: your colors, fonts and logo, with the post's own numbers on it (POST /posts/{postId}/card). render_image is the path where the agent writes the HTML.AI text generation with Claude, GPT and Gemini models on every plan. Rendering HTML into an image card is not mentioned.
QueuesPosting slots per connection, with a timezone. A post with queue takes the next open slot.An Evergreen Queue on every plan (10 posts, 2 a day on Pro).
Agencies and end customersProfiles, one per end customer, with hosted connect URLs and API keys scoped to one profile.Up to 10 X accounts on the Agency plan. No profile or end-customer model is mentioned.

The short version: OpenTweet is wider, we are built around the agent. yeetpost has six live platforms, and every one of them passes a real post in CI before a deploy. More are coming soon, and until they are live we do not list them as supported.

#What yeetpost does differently

The difference we care about most is not an endpoint. It is what happens when an agent runs a brand's social for a month. The voice and look live on the connection, so the agent does not have to be told again, and an image card is drawn by draw_card in the brand's own look instead of a stock picture. The whole thing sits behind a hosted MCP server with 37 tools that an agent signs in to with OAuth. We did not find a voice saved per connection or HTML image cards on OpenTweet's pricing or MCP pages.

Below is the same Herizon post sent as plain text and sent with the card the agent rendered. The card is a real one, drawn from the look saved on the connection.

A flat monthly price with no per-post X fee shown on the plans.

A Chrome extension and a Claude Desktop extension.

#Which one to pick

Pick OpenTweet if your channel is X, you want a calendar, an Evergreen Queue and X analytics, and you do not need a developer account with X.

Pick yeetpost if you are wiring an agent to LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram or Mastodon and you want it to run a brand without sounding generic: a voice and look saved per connection, image cards drawn from them, queues, 37 MCP tools, and profiles when the accounts belong to your clients. Start on the agents page, check pricing or read the docs.
